Revision History:
December 2007 - Articles 1-2, 3-4.1, 3-5.1.2, 3-5.3.1, 3-5.3.2, 3-5.3.3, 4-1, 4-3.1, 4-3.2, 4-3.2.1, 4-3.2.2, 4-3.2.3 and 4-3.3 were changed by a
