ADDENDUM I
These rules are in effect as of August 1991 with a grace
period allowed for additions of weight and floatation. This grace period will end by
the 1992 nationals, at which time all yachts need to comply with these rules. Addendum in
effect until 1992 Nationals.
ADDENDUM II
RE: San Francisco Bay Wylie Wabbit Fleet Rules
The San Francisco Bay Wylie Wabbit Fleet has adopted the Wylie Wabbit
National Class Rules as local one design class rules. All yachts participating in local
fleet racing shall abide by all standards and limitations indicated in the national class
rules. Only modifications approved by the class and indicated in the national class rules
are allowed. A measurement certificate signed by the national or local class measurer is
considered valid by the local fleet.
The rules shall be amended to stipulate that; the local fleet shall
race as a one design class with a maximum of three sails in all one design regattas. Sails
are limited to a main, a 105% jib, and spinnaker. A 155% genoa is only allowed in PHRF and
Handicap Regattas.
