RE: San Francisco Bay Wylie Wabbit Fleet Rules

The San Francisco Bay Wylie Wabbit Fleet has adopted the Wylie Wabbit National Class Rules as local one design class rules. All yachts participating in local fleet racing shall abide by all standards and limitations indicated in the national class rules. Only modifications approved by the class and indicated in the national class rules are allowed. A measurement certificate signed by the national or local class measurer is considered valid by the local fleet.

The rules shall be amended to stipulate that; the local fleet shall race as a one design class with a maximum of three sails in all one design regattas. Sails are limited to a main, a 105% jib, and spinnaker. A 155% genoa is only allowed in PHRF and Handicap Regattas.
